Overview

The Senior Field Service Engineer at Revvity is responsible for providing exceptional customer support by installing, maintaining, and repairing laboratory instrumentation, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

• Install and maintain Revvity and multivendor instrumentation.
• Independently troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• Act as the primary service liaison for customers.
• Deliver training for instrument operation and user maintenance.
• Perform preventative and remedial maintenance services.
• Communicate service offerings to enhance customer relationships.
• Contribute to account profitability through billable services.
• Report improvement opportunities to enhance product quality.
• Ensure compliance with service agreements and billing accuracy.
• Maintain company assets and complete administrative tasks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a STEM field and 5 years of relevant experience.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Experience with laboratory instrumentation and technical support.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Willingness for overnight travel.
• Self-motivated with a results-focused approach.
• Aptitude to learn new systems and retain technical information.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Proficient in English, both verbal and written.
