Field Service Engineer 1 - Multi-Modality - Remote

Overview

The Field Engineer I performs on-time and accurate Preventative Maintenance in one or more modalities of equipment, driving customer satisfaction through service excellence.

In Short

• Learn to complete on-time and accurate Preventative Maintenance, FMIs and/or ISIs.
• Assist experienced field engineers with equipment installation.
• Work on basic troubleshooting and service repair needs.
• Communicate effectively with teammates and customers.
• Recommend value-added services to customers.
• Maintain customer service logs and internal service records.
• Engage in sales opportunities such as contract renewals.
• Meet regulatory requirements and quality goals.
• Must have a valid Driver's License and be available for on-call duties.
• Relocation assistance is provided.

Requirements

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in relevant fields or equivalent military education.
• Experience servicing electronic equipment.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Suite and web applications.
• Must comply with background checks and customer access policies.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 35 lbs unassisted.
• Good hand and finger dexterity required.
• Willingness to work after hours or on weekends.
