Overview

Marqeta is seeking a proactive and curious problem-solver to lead the marketing analytics function for our dynamic team. As our Marketing Analytics Manager, you will develop and execute advanced analytics strategies that drive the strategy and optimization of our marketing initiatives across all channels. The ideal candidate will bring demonstrated success in driving significant business results through analytics.

In Short

  • Develop and maintain forecasting models, multi-touch attribution frameworks, and customer segmentation strategies.
  • Build, maintain, and optimize self-serve dashboards for marketing and GTM teams.
  • Train and mentor the marketing team in leveraging data tools and insights.
  • Design and execute measurement frameworks and A/B testing initiatives.
  • Drive initiatives to enhance data quality and collection processes.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of related B2B revenue experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 6+ years and a Master’s degree.
  • Experience in marketing measurement, segmentation, funnel optimization, and predictive modeling.
  • Expert SQL skills and familiarity with data visualization tools.
  • Strong understanding of common analytics platforms.
  • Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
