  • Support the Go-to-Market process from lead generation to product demo scheduling.
  • Identify and qualify target customers including research and list building.
  • Conduct initial outreach via phone and email/LinkedIn.
  • Qualify incoming leads and ensure proper routing.
  • Maintain CRM excellence using HubSpot and track KPIs.
  • Assist in creating sales materials like pitch decks and proposals.
  • Conduct competitive and needs analysis for product and operations insights.
  • Work remotely from anywhere in Germany with flexible scheduling.
  • Utilize tools like HubSpot, Notion, Google Workspace, and Siphone.
  • Be part of a mission-driven team improving hospital processes.

Requirements

  • Enrolled student in fields such as Business Administration, Health Management, or IT.
  • Fluent in German (C1+) and proficient in English (B2+).
  • Motivated for outbound sales and clear communication skills.
  • Tech-savvy with an interest in SaaS/Healthcare.
  • Experience in sales or business development is a plus but not required.
  • Strong attention to detail and good time management skills.
