Overview

Moveworks is seeking a Presales Solutions Engineer to join our Sales team, acting as a product champion and technical consultant to prospects in pre-sales engagements.

In Short

  • Act as a product champion for Moveworks’ technology.
  • Conduct customized product demonstrations and technical workshops.
  • Document customer requirements and facilitate hand-offs to post-sales teams.
  • Work closely with account executives on commercial and strategic opportunities.
  • Engage with customers both remotely and in-person.
  • Utilize cloud architecture and RESTful APIs in demonstrations.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Engineering teams.
  • Travel approximately 25% for customer meetings.
  • Continuously improve presentation and demo processes.
  • Educate prospects on the value of Moveworks technology.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in pre-sales or post-sales technical roles.
  • Solid understanding of cloud architecture and RESTful APIs.
  • Familiarity with RPA, IPaaS, and low-code/no-code tools is a plus.
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Adaptive and flexible problem-solving skills.
  • Self-starter with a desire to improve processes.
  • Willingness to travel for customer meetings.
