In Short

• Develop and execute comprehensive product marketing strategies that align with company goals and drive market demand.
• Lead the planning and execution of product launches, including messaging frameworks, positioning, competitive analysis, and sales enablement.
• Conduct market research to deeply understand customer needs, competitive landscape, and industry trends.
• Craft compelling value propositions, product messaging, and content that resonate with key stakeholders.
• Partner with sales leadership to create effective tools, collateral, and training programs.
• Work closely with Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging.
• Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of product marketing initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• Over 8 years of product marketing experience in B2B SaaS.
• Strong understanding of the healthcare, medical device, or supply chain industries.
• Proven ability to develop strategic go-to-market (GTM) plans and execute successful product campaigns.
• Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
• Experience crafting high-quality content with exceptional writing skills.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
• Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
