Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field; advanced degree is a plus.
• 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Proven success in delivering complex backend software projects.
• Strong understanding of software development processes.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
