Overview

As the Technical Lead Manager of the Data Platform team at Twin Health, you will lead, design, and develop the next-generation data store and data pipeline, driving the foundation for our data-driven AI products.

• Strong expertise in cloud-based data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery, etc.).
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, and data processing frameworks.
• Experience with orchestration tools and data pipeline automation.
• Deep understanding of data modeling and governance best practices.
• Proven ability to build and mentor high-performing teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Passion for mentoring engineers while maintaining a hands-on role.
