Overview

The Senior Sales Engineer will play a crucial role in enhancing the effectiveness and productivity of the Sales Team at Motive, focusing on increasing revenue growth.

In Short

  • Partner with Account Executives for discovery calls and product demonstrations.
  • Provide customized demonstrations of the Motive product.
  • Match customer pains to proposed solutions.
  • Become an expert on Motive’s competition.
  • Work with AEs on RFIs and RFPs.
  • Act as a sales liaison between internal organizations.
  • Minimum 5+ years in a pre-sales/sales engineering role.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish.
  • Experience in Transportation & Logistics is a plus.
  • Experience with APIs and integrations.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in strategic sales prospects.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish).
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Track record selling complex solutions.
  • Experience in Transportation & Logistics is a plus.
  • Experience with APIs and integrations.
  • Bachelor's Degree required.
