  • Support contract renewals and minimize churn.
  • Resolve problems and implement optimal solutions.
  • Plan to meet and exceed business goals and quotas.
  • Understand market trends for consultative insights.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree with exposure to US/Canada/UK B2B customers.
  • 2+ years of relevant work experience.
  • Strong ownership attitude from opportunity identification to closing deals.
  • Leadership experience with the ability to influence stakeholders.
  • Ability to build rapport with executive decision-makers.
  • Best-in-class communication skills.
