Enterprise Systems Product Manager (Back Office) - Remote

Overview

This role is responsible for optimizing and scaling Motive's Front Office and Back Office systems and workflows to support rapid international expansion.

In Short

• Relentlessly improve the efficiency, scalability and reliability of our Front Office and Back Office systems and business workflows.
• Prior experience in partnering with Sales, Finance, Customer Success, Support, or Order Management.
• Drive strategic initiatives for Front Office and Back Office systems and workflows on Salesforce, and other enterprise applications.
• Draft design documents, gather requirements, build test and deployment plans.
• Collaborate closely with Systems Administration, Development, Quality Assurance and Support teams.

Requirements

• At least 4+ years of experience in Product Management.
• Understanding of Front Office and Back Office business processes and systems related to CRM.
• 2+ years of experience in designing solutions for CRM platforms.
• Basic understanding of Accounting and Revenue principles.
• Experience working with mid-senior business stakeholders.
• Ability to translate business problems into user stories and technical requirements.
• Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills.
• Ability to explain complex systems and technical topics clearly.
