Overview

The Customer Success Associate (Spanish) is responsible for building relationships with Motive customers, managing programs to retain customers, and addressing their concerns while educating them on the value of products.

• Identify at-risk accounts and collaborate with teams for successful renewals.
• Handle a high volume of inquiries in English and Spanish.
• Maximize customer lifetime value and minimize churn.
• Build rapport with customers using persuasive skills.
• Problem-solve to address customer issues and negotiate contracts.
• Create and manage quotes and order forms.
• Answer questions related to orders.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Spanish (written and verbal).
• Excellent English communication skills.
• 3+ years in a customer-facing role.
• Experience in bilingual support.
• Strong relationship-building skills.
• Effective listening and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities with attention to detail.
