Overview

The Account Support Analyst plays a crucial role in the Finance organization, serving as the primary point of contact for Order Management, ensuring a seamless quote-to-cash process for Enterprise and Strategic Account Managers.

In Short

  • Act as the main contact for Account Managers and customers regarding order management.
  • Manage customer and shipment inquiries effectively.
  • Handle Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMA) requests.
  • Assist with the quoting process and CPQ for Account Managers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth order processing.
  • Maintain meticulous documentation in CRM systems like Salesforce and Zuora.
  • Identify and resolve issues in the quote-to-cash process.
  • Proficient in managing data for customer queries.
  • 4+ years of relevant experience in customer-facing operations.
  • Contribute to customer satisfaction and revenue growth through efficient order management.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of the quote-to-cash process.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and organization.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, especially Salesforce.
  • 4+ years of prior experience in a similar support role.
