Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis - Remote

Overview

The Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) will support operations in Ohio for a large managed care organization, offering a fully remote role with exceptional benefits.

In Short

• Develop and implement business intelligence solutions.
• Support month-end close and reporting process.
• Analyze financial results and provide insights.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• MBA and/or CPA certification preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in financial analysis or accounting.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and corporate finance.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required.
• Experience with financial modeling and BI tools preferred.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Must work independently in a remote setting.
• Experience with Ohio Medicaid programs preferred.
