In Short

• Leading our Treasury Operations team on a daily basis.
• Working closely with Treasury Product Control and Treasury front office teams.
• Establishing best practices for Treasury operations.
• Developing and maintaining internal controls for financial data.
• Overseeing daily transaction processes for Treasury products.
• Validating and processing all Treasury transactions.
• Managing trade lifecycle for all treasury transactions.
• Generating reports on cash forecasting and transaction volumes.
• Supporting year-end processes with external auditors.
• Collaborating with engineers to automate processes.

Requirements

• Experience in leading treasury back office teams.
• Track record in motivating and developing people.
• Understanding of banking and regulatory landscape.
• Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to translate complex information simply.
• Interest in using data, SQL skills a bonus.
• Thrives in a dynamic environment.
