Treasurer Lead - FX Operations - Remote

Overview

As the Treasurer Lead focused on FX, you will be key in structuring and leading our FX operations and designing strategies that optimize performance in the short, medium, and long term.

In Short

• Lead the FX area, covering onshore & offshore derivatives.
• Manage execution routines and controls for FX transactions.
• Define FX Spot and FX Hedge strategies for each business unit.
• Monitor, mitigate, and report daily FX volatility.
• Collaborate with financial models to assess hedging strategies.
• Ensure liquidity in FX operations.
• Act as the primary contact for SOX audits related to FX processes.
• Partner with product, regulatory, and compliance teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Proven knowledge of FX regulations, derivatives, and market practices.
• Experience in eFX or payment facilitators.
• Technical expertise in options, USD instruments, NDF, futures, and swaps.
• Advanced skills in Excel, Python and BI tools.
• Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus.
