Overview

This role involves leading risk business partnering across Customer Operations, ensuring a risk-based decision-making culture and regulatory compliance.

• Strong stakeholder relationship skills.
• Hands-on approach to delivery and execution.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Desire to help Monzo scale compliantly.
• Experience with Data, Tech, and Workforce Management is advantageous.
