Overview

The Quality Assessor will be responsible for conducting Customer Outcome Testing to ensure adherence to standards and improve customer experiences.

In Short

  • Conduct Customer Outcome Testing across customer journeys.
  • Provide feedback to improve poor customer outcomes.
  • Support Root Cause Analysis for identifying issues.
  • Monitor remediation actions from findings.
  • Flag trends and escalate risks to QA Analysts.
  • Assist in writing training material for identified gaps.
  • Support QA Analysts in projects and checks.
  • Take responsibility for personal development.
  • Coach peers in cross-domain work.

Requirements

  • At least 6 months experience in Customer Outcome Testing.
  • Basic understanding of the FCA’s Consumer Duty.
  • Ability to deliver constructive feedback.
  • Strong skills in identifying trends.
  • Excellent decision-making skills.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Familiarity with MacOS, Slack, and GSuite.
