Customer Quality Manager - Remote

Overview

The Customer Quality Manager for the India region will be the primary contact for all customer quality concerns, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and managing quality-related issues and projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or related field.
• 8–10 years of experience in quality management.
• Willingness to travel occasionally (10–20%).
• Confidence in engaging with senior leadership.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• 3+ years of experience with customers and sales teams.
• Familiarity with Project Management and Lean Six Sigma.
• Experience in complaint management.
