Quality Manager - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Quality Manager based in Vietnam to ensure the highest quality standards across our supply chain.

In Short

• Conduct regular on-site quality inspections at vendor facilities.
• Perform audits of vendor processes and systems.
• Document inspection results and provide detailed reports.
• Collaborate with vendors to implement corrective actions.
• Drive initiatives to enhance product quality.
• Develop and deliver training sessions for vendors.
• Act as the primary point of contact for vendor quality issues.
• Investigate root causes of quality issues.
• Ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Provide regular updates to the North American team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in quality assurance.
• Strong knowledge of quality control processes.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Vietnamese.
• Proven ability to work independently.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to travel frequently to vendor locations.
• Experience working with North American companies.
• Familiarity with quality inspection processes.
• Familiarity with product compliance testing.
