Sourcing Manager (Vietnam) - Remote

Overview

The Sourcing Manager (Asia) is responsible for executing product development and sourcing initiatives across multiple markets, serving as the primary liaison between the U.S.-based team and manufacturing partners.

In Short

• Collaborate with U.S. Product Development team on product strategy.
• Manage Time & Action (T&A) calendars and alert teams about risks.
• Partner with Engineering to manage product testing and adherence to protocols.
• Communicate target costs and sample ETDs to vendors.
• Negotiate costs and Minimum Order Quantities (MOQs).
• Identify and source new products and factories.
• Monitor factory conditions and communicate impacts to the U.S. team.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key vendors.
• Travel extensively across Asia for supplier engagement.
• Ensure alignment across product development lifecycle.

Requirements

• At least 5 years relevant experience in sourcing or product development.
• Strong costing and negotiating skills.
• Self-starter with strong organizational skills.
• High proficiency in project management.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to build strong vendor relationships.
• Full professional proficiency in English.
• Willingness to travel extensively across international regions.
