In Short

• Join a small team to build Operations for new mobile telephony services.
• Act as the operational knowledge hub for mobile and assist Product teams.
• Oversee effectiveness of third-party providers including networks and tech partners.
• Champion best practices within the team for all operations.
• Share customer feedback with the Product Team.
• Collaborate with customer service for effective communication.
• Ensure accurate and compliant delivery of customer journeys.
• Significant experience in operations for telecoms is required.
• Understanding of Ofcom regulations is necessary.
• Flexible working hours and remote work options available.

Requirements

• Experience in operations for a MNO, MVNO or telecoms provider.
• Robust understanding of Ofcom regulations.
• Ability to build and scale operations from scratch.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively across functions.
• Experience in financial services or banking is a plus.
