Overview

The People Technology team enables People Systems at Monzo, managing and optimizing the technology that supports the People team’s actions and objectives.

In Short

• Manage and optimize People Tool tech stack.
• Support and develop complex integrations.
• Documentation of processes and systems.
• Partner with stakeholders to implement solutions.
• Design and implement automated HR processes.
• Conduct data audits for integrity and security.
• Create advanced reports for data requests.
• Provide support for system upgrades and enhancements.
• Train the People team on best practices.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience with enterprise People Systems.
• Experience with complex integrations.
• Project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication skills for technical solutions.
• Experience with HRIS/HCM configuration.
• Familiarity with ATS, LMS, and performance management tools.
• Advanced Excel skills and analytical mindset.
• Ability to use data to inform decisions.
