Overview

As the Operational Resilience Manager, you will play a key role in building and maintaining Monzo Europe’s operational resilience framework, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, including the Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA) and other relevant guidelines.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Operational Resilience or Risk Management.
• Strong knowledge of DORA and relevant regulatory frameworks.
• Expertise in ICT and Security risk management.
• Experience with Business Impact Assessments and scenario testing.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working with regulators.
• Familiarity with cloud resilience and digital banking operations.
