In Short

• Manage a team of approximately 4 investigators.
• Conduct fair and proper investigations.
• Ensure consistent outcomes and manage risks.
• Provide technical coaching and feedback.
• Drive performance improvements and report insights.
• Monitor service level adherence.
• Communicate and embed changes within the team.
• Collaborate with People and Security teams.
• Support process and guidance improvements.
• Contribute to minimizing breaches and risk events.

Requirements

• Deep management experience in investigation environments.
• Knowledge of financial crime and fraud trends.
• Experience with Law Enforcement agencies.
• Technical knowledge of insider fraud investigations.
• Ability to interpret and represent management information.
• Experience in building processes for specialist teams.
