Requirements

• Experience in engineering management with a strong technical background.
• Familiarity with Machine Learning platforms and software engineering.
• Ability to operate with autonomy in ambiguous situations.
• Proven delivery experience and ability to guide teams towards outcomes.
• Strong communication skills and stakeholder management.
• Experience in coaching and inspiring teams.
• Understanding of high-performing engineering team dynamics.
• Experience in an experimentation-led environment is a plus.
