Affiliates Executive - Remote

Overview

We’re looking for a results-driven Affiliates Executive to accelerate the growth of our Personal Banking product, managing our partnership opportunities through Affiliates.

In Short

• Drive new growth for Monzo.
• Focus on user acquisition and cost efficiency.
• Contribute to overall growth strategy and partnership opportunities.
• Set up, optimise, analyse and report on campaign performance.
• Manage end-to-end execution of campaigns.
• Collaborate with brand and product marketing teams.
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
• Scope new opportunities like micro influencer strategies.
• Experience in digital channels is desirable.
• Take a test and learn approach.

Requirements

• Customer-first mindset.
• Experience running successful Affiliate acquisition campaigns.
• Familiarity with Affiliate platforms (like AWIN or Impact).
• Proactive in identifying growth opportunities.
• Data-driven storytelling about performance.
