In Short

• Fully remote position for Registered Nurses at Montu
• Conduct structured assessment consultations for patients
• Work hours are 1pm-9pm AEST/AEDT, Monday-Saturday
• High-volume telehealth assessment consults daily
• Provide empathetic, non-judgmental care
• Document consult outcomes accurately
• Respond to patient inquiries and provide follow-up support
• Collaborate with prescribers and the Patient Care team
• Support team with general admin tasks
• Work in a structured, fast-paced environment

Requirements

• Full-time commitment, Monday to Friday + one Saturday per month
• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
• Minimum 3 years post-grad clinical nursing experience
• Skilled in patient assessments and care planning
• Experience with chronic disease management
• Mental health nursing and/or medicinal cannabis experience is highly regarded
• Previous telehealth or virtual care experience
• Confident in conducting remote consultations
• Strong IT proficiency is essential
• Emotionally resilient and professional under pressure
