Monte Carlo is seeking an Outbound Sales Development Rep (SDR) to identify and contact new prospects for potential business opportunities, maintaining a high volume of outreach through calls, emails, and LinkedIn.

In Short

Requirements

  • 1+ years in a pipeline generation or process-oriented role
  • Experience in early-stage companies or ambiguous environments
  • Strong consultative sales experience
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Proven outbound prospecting abilities
