Join Doctoralia, the largest health platform in the world, where we aim to make health experiences more human. As a Sales Development Representative, you will actively prospect potential clients and generate interest in our services.

In Short

  • Actively prospect potential clients via phone, email, WhatsApp, and social media.
  • Generate interest through consultative approaches to understand client needs.
  • Qualify leads to ensure fit with our solutions before passing them to Sales Executives.
  • Maintain an organized pipeline in CRM (Salesforce) and internal spreadsheets.
  • Execute consistent contact sequences to maximize engagement.
  • Perform constant follow-ups with leads according to defined cadences.
  • Track metrics and propose optimizations for the prospecting process.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in Outbound prospecting (SDR or Pre-sales), including cold calling.
  • Knowledge of CRM (Salesforce is a plus) and sales automation tools.
  • Results-oriented with ambition to meet aggressive targets.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Organizational skills and a sense of urgency to manage multiple leads.
  • Proactive, resilient, and persuasive in overcoming objections.
  • Interest in building a career in sales and business development.
