As an Outbound Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Auctane, you will be on the frontlines of driving new business through high-volume cold-calling, targeted emailing, and strategic use of social media.

In Short

  • Engage with prospects through cold-calling and emailing.
  • Identify, qualify, and nurture leads into sales-ready opportunities.
  • Document sales activities in Salesforce and Salesloft.
  • Meet or exceed key metrics for new opportunity generation.
  • Collaborate with account executives and sales managers.
  • Conduct targeted research on accounts and prospects.
  • Overcome sales objections and build rapport with decision-makers.
  • Work in a hybrid model, 3 days in the office.
  • Participate in company events and team-building activities.

Requirements

  • Experience with outbound sales calls.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to identify qualified leads.
