Overview

The Operations Support Compliance Auditor at Monro will evaluate, inspect, audit, and determine the effectiveness of compliance and store operational tasks, visiting store locations daily to perform audits.

Requirements

• Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred.
• 4+ years of Retail Management experience.
• Strong analytical and time management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proactive and process-driven mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple activities effectively.
• Experience with Microsoft Office products.
• Flexibility to adapt to different work environments.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
