Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Proficiency in multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to mentor and coach teammates.
• Problem-solving skills for customer complaints.
• Complete Monro required training.
