Media.Monks is hiring for the role of Senior Account Manager- Affiliate. This position will be part of a new and growing unit within an established performance marketing agency, focusing on managing clients' affiliate programs and ensuring effective communication and collaboration across teams.

In Short

• Manage and grow client affiliate programs as the main point of contact.
• Develop relationships with top affiliate partners.
• Collaborate with influencer and content teams for comprehensive marketing strategies.
• Conduct weekly reporting and client calls to discuss performance metrics.
• Analyze existing affiliate programs and provide insights.
• Project affiliate budgets with input from management.
• Work with media teams on budget allocation and audience targeting.
• Prepare and execute quarterly business reviews and presentations.

Requirements

• 3-4 years of direct affiliate experience.
• Proven strategy in digital marketing platforms related to affiliate marketing.
• Experience managing large budgets.
• Client-facing experience with the ability to work independently.
• Familiarity with influencer marketing and content publishers.
• Proficiency in G-Suite applications.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and analytical with multitasking abilities.
• Willingness to work in a fast-growing team environment.
