Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) - Remote

Overview

The HRBP will act as a strategic partner working closely with leadership to connect people and business with a systemic perspective focused on generating value.

In Short

• Provide strategic consulting to leadership, offering insights on climate, performance, and team development.
• Continuously review the area structure, assessing client needs and team capabilities for optimal resource utilization.
• Diagnose and propose engagement, development, and retention actions based on HR data and indicators.
• Conduct analyses of organizational risks and opportunities, prioritizing sustainable actions aligned with company culture.
• Support resolution of complex cases with strategic impact, fostering healthy work environments.
• Monitor handover processes, team changes, and performance calibration to ensure consistency and risk mitigation.
• Facilitate actions that strengthen organizational culture, aligning values and practices between teams and leadership.
• Contribute to succession, recognition, training, mentoring, and feedback programs.
• Ensure compliance of people management practices with internal policies and applicable legislation.
• Support initiatives for inclusion, diversity, mental health, and recruitment in partnership with specialized areas.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Administration, HR Management, or related fields.
• Good understanding of data analysis and indicator management.
• Affinity for Artificial Intelligence.
• Skills in influence, conflict management, adaptability, and systemic vision.
• Results orientation, ethics/discretion, and assertiveness.
• Previous experience as HRBP or in organizational development areas.
• Intermediate/advanced English desirable.
