Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) - Remote

Overview

Talkiatry is actively seeking an experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our People team, to provide strategic HR support to our growing organization while partnering with the HRBP team to support strategic goals.

In Short

• Serve as trusted HR business partner to leadership by providing strategic HR guidance aligned with business goals.
• Collaborate with management to address HR-related needs and proactively support initiatives that enhance organizational performance and employee engagement.
• Advise leadership on employee relations issues, talent management, and performance optimization.
• Work with managers to address and resolve conflicts, promote open communication, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Support the performance management process, ensuring that performance goals are aligned with organizational objectives.
• Manage administration of compensation adjustments and bonus payments in partnership with HR Operations and Payroll.
• Track employee relations, ensuring all latest documentation is up to date and report on data as needed to identify trends.
• Partner with the Learning & Development team on onboarding support and new hire experience data.
• Analyze HR data to provide insights on employee relations, performance, retention, and compensation.
• Conduct exit interviews and related offboarding tasks, gathering feedback to inform retention strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
• 3+ years progressive HR experience, providing HR business partnership to growing organizations.
• Occasional travel may be required for meetings or site visits.
• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner, aligning HR practices with organizational goals.
• Proficiency in ADP, HRIS systems, and MS Office and Google suites.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with performance tracking, exit interviews, and retention strategy development.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, virtual environment while managing multiple priorities.
