Overview

The HR Business Partner (HRBP) serves as a strategic advisor and trusted partner to multiple business units within a shared services environment at M3. This role provides comprehensive HR support tailored to the unique priorities of each business unit, while ensuring alignment with overall corporate policies, culture, and goals.

In Short

• Act as an HR Partner and consultant on all HR matters.
• Support US business unit leaders with HR strategies.
• Provide consultation to the Director of HR/CHRO.
• Engage managers on employee relations matters.
• Lead performance management processes.
• Manage periodic review of the employee handbook.
• Leverage HR analytics for insights.
• Support organizational changes and employee engagement.
• Develop communication strategies for employees.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive HR experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field.
• Experience in a shared service or multi-unit structure.
• SHRM certification or equivalent preferred.
• Strong understanding of U.S. employment laws.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication skills for varied audiences.
• Ability to manage multiple competing priorities.
• High degree of confidentiality and professionalism.
