As a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP), you will be a strategic advisor and thought partner to senior leadership, aligning people strategies with business objectives to drive growth, culture, and performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive HR experience.
• Strong knowledge of employment law and HR policies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in HRIS platforms and HR data reporting.
