The KTX HR Business Partner (HRBP) plays a key role in staffing, retaining, and creating a thriving work environment that leads to strong talent health, which achieves high-quality educational experience for all students.

  • Strategic advisor and talent partner to school leaders.
  • Responsible for setting & adjusting talent strategy within the region.
  • Manage talent management processes for campus roles.
  • Leverage data-driven insights for hiring decisions.
  • Implement employee retention strategies.
  • Support performance management and employee relations.
  • Conduct talent reviews and stay interviews.
  • Supervise an HR Specialist.
  • Champion KIPP Texas’ mission and core values.
  • Participate in training sessions on HR policies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in management, business, or human resources.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in employee relations.
  • Working knowledge of HR disciplines and employment laws.
  • PHR, SPHR, or SHRM-CP/SCP certification preferred.
  • Experience in education or non-profit sectors preferred.
