Overview

Datarails is seeking a people-oriented HRBP to join its global HR team. This 100% remote role requires some travel for company and team offsites, with a preference for candidates in the NYC area.

In Short

• Own the employee life cycle for your assigned department.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in a people-facing HR function.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
• Experience with multi-cultural teams.
• Willingness to meet with the team a few times a year in NYC.
