• 15+ years in consulting or professional services
• Deep technical knowledge of enterprise software architectures, cloud migration, application modernization, DevOps, and AI-driven transformation
• Business acumen + technical depth
• Hands-on leader
• Proven track record of hiring, developing, and leading high-performing teams
• Experience managing enterprise-scale customer relationships
• Ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Engineering
