• Join the newly created Field Engineering team at MongoDB.
• Work on application modernization projects with enterprise clients.
• Evaluate and apply tools in modernization projects.

• Contribute to the development of tooling prototypes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a field engineer or consultant.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and Java or C#.
• Expert knowledge of enterprise-scale software architectures.
• Experience with relational databases and SQL.
• Familiarity with MongoDB and JSON based Document models.
• Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Understanding of Generative AI concepts.
• Interest in AI-supported toolchains.
