MongoDB is looking for an outstanding person to join our newly created Field Engineering team and take on a key role in our extended R&D organization. Field Engineering is linking the work of teams engaged on application modernization roles with our Product and Engineering teams.

• Join MongoDB's Field Engineering team focused on application modernization.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a field engineer or consultant.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and Java or C#.
• Expert knowledge of enterprise software architectures.
• Experience with relational databases and SQL.
• Familiarity with MongoDB and JSON based Document models.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Understanding of Generative AI concepts.
• Interest in AI-supported toolchains.
