In Short

  • MongoDB is looking for an experienced and results-oriented people leader to help grow our Customer Success program out of Mexico City.
  • You will play a key role in the growth and success of MongoDB, our customers and CS team members.
  • Your team will be working directly with our customers, and you’ll help develop an outstanding program.
  • You will recruit and provide coaching, mentoring and development for the Customer Success teams.
  • Responsible for crafting and executing initiatives to increase customer retention and happiness.
  • Identify expansion opportunities and promote customer adoption of MongoDB.
  • Looking for candidates based in Mexico City for a hybrid working model.

Requirements

  • 10+ years relevant experience in CS, AM, Client Services, or similar roles.
  • Passion for hiring, developing and managing a team.
  • Proven track record with fast-growing teams and data-driven decision making.
  • Experience with enterprise infrastructure technologies; exposure to MongoDB is a plus.
  • High organization in workflows and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity and navigate through it.
  • Strong desire for partnership and collaboration across teams.
  • Experience working with diverse cultural and professional backgrounds.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of management experience.
