In Short

• Draft and negotiate various technology contracts for MongoDB’s LatAm business.
• Provide strategic legal and business advice to the sales organization.
• Identify and implement process improvements for legal negotiations.
• Develop training resources for the sales team.
• Assist in the growth of MongoDB’s LatAm business.
• Leverage cultural understanding to facilitate business in LatAm.
• Handle multiple legal projects and assist team members as needed.

Requirements

• 5+ years of commercial transaction experience, especially in technology licensing.
• Proven success at a top law firm; in-house experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of intellectual property, data privacy, and cloud computing.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to assess risk and provide clear legal advice.
• Fluent in Portuguese (Brazil).
• Creative problem solver with a proactive approach.
