Payment Operations Executive - Remote

Overview

The Payment Operations Executive will provide payments operations support to the Financial Institutions Group (FIG) and its clients in EMEA, LATAM, and APAC, ensuring all payment transactions are processed accurately, compliantly, and efficiently.

• Provide payments operations support to FIG and clients.

• Investigate and resolve payment issues.
• Perform daily bank account reconciliations.
• Monitor team mailbox for timely email processing.
• Deliver efficiency improvements to team processes.
• Engage in business critical reporting.
• Support prefunding and defunding of Federal Reserve Account.

Requirements

• Experience in operations in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of payment platforms and reconciliations.
• Preferable experience with SWIFT payment messages.
• Proficient in Microsoft Applications.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Strong organisational and prioritisation skills.
