Overview

The Moneycorp Bank, part of the Moneycorp Group, is a leader in global transactions and has been operating in the market for 40 years. We are looking for a Mid-Level IT Analyst responsible for maintaining application infrastructure in the IT area, with experience in Azure cloud, connectivity links, and fluent English.

• Responsible for sustaining application infrastructure.

• Act in a global IT team.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of resources.
• Analyze and optimize processes for continuous improvement.
• Manage network infrastructure both on-site and in Azure.
• Support application integration and ensure system availability.
• Monitor network performance using Azure Network Watcher.
• Manage security platforms like Rapid7 and Palo Alto.
• Document processes and technical procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or related fields.
• Experience with Azure (certifications AZ-900, AZ-104 preferred).
• Experience with Exchange and E-guardian systems.
• Basic knowledge of Linux and Windows Server.
• Experience in SQL.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Proactive and problem-solving abilities.
• ITIL certification is desirable.
• Fluent in English.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience.
