In Short

  • Conduct live and virtual training sessions for customers.
  • Tailor training content based on customer use cases and industry-specific needs.
  • Develop and deliver product training for various audiences, including end users, champions, and support teams.
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and customer success teams to create training materials.
  • Continuously update training materials to reflect new features and product enhancements.
  • Gather client feedback on training sessions to improve the training experience.
  • Manage sales pipeline by communicating with customers and understanding their needs.
  • Track and report on training participation and performance metrics.
  • Work with various stakeholders to ensure training aligns with company strategy.
  • Support CX representatives with escalated questions.
