Senior Software Engineer - AI Group - Remote

Overview

monday.com is seeking experienced engineers to join their brand new AI R&D group within the platform. You will take part in implementing generative AI capabilities within monday.com AI platform, including defining the strategy of using LLMs, creating the foundation for cross teams implementation and productizing it as part of our platform offering.

In Short

• Implement backend infrastructure that supports generative AI capabilities.
• Evolve architecture and engineering to support growing scale of users, features, and data.
• Work closely with engineers, data scientists, product managers, and designers.
• Our stack includes Python, Typescript, Node.js, MySQL, and React.
• 6+ years in backend development with a focus on high performance systems.
• Strong understanding of databases and data modeling techniques.
• Team player with strong communication skills.
• Experience with micro-services architecture and event sourcing is an advantage.
• Previous knowledge of LLMs is a plus.
• Experience deploying ML and DL models in production is an advantage.
