Overview

As an Associate Support Specialist at Momentus Technologies, you will assist clients with technical support and software training, ensuring a seamless experience with our event management software.

In Short

  • Assist clients with technical support via emails, calls, and online meetings.
  • Conduct software testing and setup new accounts.

  • Provide training on software features.

  • Become a trusted resource for key accounts.
  • Educate existing customer accounts.
  • Demonstrate new features and use cases.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of customer service experience in a SaaS environment.
  • Excellent communication skills via phone and email.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel).
  • Experience with SQL and report writing tools preferred.
  • Availability for on-call support occasionally on weekends.
